      Our facility is conveniently located at the Maryland/Delaware state line in           the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center.
 
      We share the complex with the Maryland Motor Vehicle, Gore and the               Sheriff department.


From Maryland:

Travel on route 40 EAST toward the Delaware state line.

At the light past the Wal-Mart, (Delancy RD) Turn RIGHT onto Chesapeake Blvd into the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center.

LeeAnn Nelson Physical Therapy is in the 3rd building on the RIGHT (After the blue roof building).
 
Turn RIGHT into the parking lot, we are the first suite on the end, Suite 100. Our name is on the door.
 

From Delaware:

Travel WEST on route 40 into Elkton, Maryland.

Once you cross the state line, at the first light: Turn Left onto Chesapeake Blvd into the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center.
